Velkom — rebranding, packaging design, photography

BRANDEXPERT “Ostrov Svobody” delivered a rebrand for VELKOM — a Russian producer of sausages and meat delicacies with more than 30 years of heritage. The brand focuses on selected meat, natural spices and a “No Soy” principle, but only “Choose Natural”.
The branding agency team refreshed VELKOM’s visual ecosystem while preserving its strong recognition. We restyled the logo and built a unified packaging and label platform: refined the typographic hierarchy, improved shelf readability, developed clear color navigation, and created a system of quality badges for different product lines and formats.
The agency’s photo studio produced both product and lifestyle photography, highlighting consumption occasions and serving scenes — images that work across packaging, the website, and e-commerce. The result is an expressive, appetizing system that preserves VELKOM’s heritage and supports sales in key categories, including bacon, where the brand is recognized as an expert.
